I recall watching the various incarnations of Lucille Ball’s TV shows with my mom and dad.\u00a0As a woman AND a comedienne, she<\/strong>\u00a0was\u00a0undeniably a trailblazer within the still young medium of television<\/a><\/strong>. Lucy was willing to do anything in the way of physical comedy to get a laugh. And over the years writers and biographers have captured scores of memorable quotes from her — my favorite being:<\/p>\n
